How to prepare fried rice
To prepare a tasty and simple meal for lunch or dinner ,we can follow my style of preparing fried rice .
Read carefully what i am doing .After that ,you can try it yourself .Firstly,wash three cups of rice throughly
and cook it in the electric rice cooker .While waiting forthe rice to cook,you can start preparing the ingredients for the fried rice .Get ready a few cloves of garlic ,an onion and a few chillies.Next ,cut the garlic ,onion and chillies into fine pieces .
Then,if you want to add some vegetables ,make sure you wash the vegetable throughly .The vegetables that you normally add into the fried rice are cabbages and carrots.If you are a vegetable lover ,you can add in more of baby corns ,long beans and mixed peas.After washing the vegetables ,cut them into small pieces .Then ,pound some dried shrimps and chillies using a pestle and mottar .
After that, heat up some oil in a wok.Then,stir fry the pounded shrimps and chillies on a low fire .Next ,add in the chopped garlic , onions and chillies into a wok .When the ingredients in the wok turn into golden brown ,you can add in the vegetables and the cooked rice.Stir everything together .After stirring ,you can add in a little ketchup and salt .Then ,stir well.Lastly ,garnish the fried rice with some lettuce ,sliced tomatoes or cucumber before serving on a plate .
